In a bowl mix besan, sooji, and ginger garlic paste. Make a batter by mixing boiled Maggie spices, condiments, and the prepared mixture of besan.
In a hot pan apply some small quantity of oil and spread a spoonful of batter on it. Cover with the lid and let it cook on a simmer flame. Flip it to another side. Flip and cook till it gets cooked completely cooked.
